In the Corporate world I was Director and General Manager working for Walmart, Grupo Modelo, Cargill and ABInbev, with extensive experience in retail planning, construction admin, supply chain, procurement and agriculture. I also coordinated 4 malt plants in North America and was Chairman of the Board of the American Malt and Barley Association.
I have led Executive Boards, designed and developed companies, created culture and strategic planning. I was responsible for profits, cutting cost and increasing productivity. I optimized headcount and achieved 14 years without lost time incidents, and world class benchmarks.
